Hi! My name is Sam. I am a Mom of two, a wife and the mind behind ChangeMate. Thanks to my second daughter, this idea came to me when I was 5 weeks postpartum and a simple diaper change left me wishing I had an extra hand.
Holding a baby while unfolding a changing pad was a hassle. I wanted fresh liners already organized, within reach and easy to grab with one hand. My first solution? Cutting those chuck pads to size, hand rolling them onto a paper towel core and using a paper towel holder to dispense them.
That home made "fix" sparked ChangeMate. Inspired by everyday parenting and designed for the many places babies need convenient and clean changing.

From vision to my first functional prototype, I am continuing to refine the design and explore more sustainable liner materials in the future. I will also be connecting with local families and businesses to gather feedback and demand.
